Directions to Christian Health Care Center

From Route 17 North or South: Take Route 17 to Route 4 West to Route 208 North. Follow From Route 208 North directions below.

From Garden State Parkway North: Take Exit 160 for Fair Lawn. Follow signs to Route 4 West and Route 208 North. Follow From Route 208 North directions below.

From Garden State Parkway South: Take Exit 163 for Route 17 South. Take Route 17 South to Route 4 West to Route 208 North. Follow From Route 208 North directions below.

From Route 287 North/South: Take Route 287 South to Route 208 South. Follow From Route 208 South directions below.

From Route 208 North: Take the Cedar Hill Avenue Exit. Make the first left to go over Route 208. At the T intersection, make a right onto Sicomac Avenue (LUKOIL station on the right). See further directions below.

From Route 208 South: Take the Cedar Hill Avenue Exit. Make a left at the stop sign. At the T intersection, make a right onto Sicomac Avenue (LUKOIL station on the right). See further directions below.

For Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital, Hillcrest Residence Evergreen Court, Pathways, Christian Health Care Adult Day Services of Wyckoff, The Longview Assisted Living Residence, Christian Health Care Counseling Center, Southgate, the De Roo House, Finance, and Human Resources: After turning onto Sicomac Avenue, make a left at the first driveway onto the lower campus of Christian Health Care Center (CHCC). Follow signs to the appropriate facility.

For the CHCC main entrance, Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Auditorium, administrative offices, the board room, and Ramapo Ridge Partial Program: After turning onto Sicomac Avenue, continue past the entrance to the Center's lower campus and make the second left onto Mountain Avenue. Proceed a quarter mile and make a left at the CHCC sign. The parking lot will be one-tenth of a mile on the left. When using a GPS, use 700 Mountain Ave. as the address.
