About Evergreen Court

Evergreen Court is a 40-unit supportive senior-housing complex geared to foster independence, privacy, and community connection. Twenty-four of the units are designated as affordable, with rent based on income. The remaining units are based on fair market value for the area.

Accommodations with a Personal Touch

Personally appointed and non-institutional in design, Evergreen Court provides residents with a warm, comforting environment. An abundance of windows lends a light and airy feel to the space, and apartments are furnished with residents' own furniture and accessories that contribute to the personal, home-like setting. Each apartment features:

  • living room,

  • galley kitchen,

  • bedroom with closet,

  • bathroom with full bath and safety railings,

  • cable television access, and

  • private telephone hook-up.

 

 

To establish a sense of community, several areas are set aside for shared activities. These common spaces include:

  • dining room,

  • first-floor sitting room,

  • porch area for outside activities,

  • penthouse activities room with TV/VCR,

  • laundry facilities on each floor, and

  • an attic storage area.

 

 

In addition, many other personal services are available for our residents' convenience. These ancillary services, available for a fee, include:

  • delivered meals,

  • housekeeping,

  • personal maintenance requests (routine maintenance included), and

  • 24-hour nursing services.

At Evergreen Court, and at all our programs and facilities at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC), we meet the needs of the elderly with care, compassion, and commitment. In addition to Evergreen Court, other continuum of elder-care options available include Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Southgate, The Longview Assisted Living Residence, Hillcrest Residence, and Christian Health Care Adult Day Services of Wayne and Wyckoff.
