About Heritage Manor
Heritage Manor Nursing Home is a Medicare-and Medicaid-certified, 254-bed skilled-nursing and medical-care facility, offering private rooms and semi-private rooms with half-baths.

Health and Therapeutic Programs and Services
A full-time Medical Director is on staff and coordinates a team of on-site physicians. Other professionals on site include dieticians, clinical nurse specialists, geriatric nurse practitioners, pastoral care, and social-service representatives. Specialized consultants are also available at Heritage Manor. These include dentists, podiatrists, psychiatric-service professionals, wound-care experts, and skilled rehabilitation therapists.
Monthly family support groups and monthly Alzheimer's Association meetings are available.
All resident care plans are individualized to meet special needs. All care plans are reviewed every three months and assessed by the Interdisciplinary Care Team.
Accommodations
Rooms are pleasantly furnished with a bed, dresser, night table, over-bed lights for reading, a comfortable high-back chair, and hook ups for a television and telephone. Heritage Manor residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms to their own taste with pictures and favorite accessories. A visit to the premises will reveal the home-like atmosphere that this creates.
Social Activities
Social and recreational programs help enhance our residents' well-being and positive attitude. A full range of activities designed to educate, stimulate, and entertain is offered. Typical programs include trips to nearby shopping malls, pet-visitation therapy, religious activities, and fashion shows. Themed events, dinners, and birthday parties are sources of fun and friendship. Intergenerational activities, monthly entertainment shows, and seasonal activities are enjoyed by all.
The David F. Bolger Post-acute Care Unit
Heritage Manor also features The David F. Bolger Post-acute Care Unit (PACU). On the PACU, a professional rehabilitation staff works with individuals requiring concentrated physical, occupational, and speech therapy following a surgery or as a result of acute or other serious medical condition. Addressing a broad spectrum of needs, the program aims to improve function so that individuals can return home.
Dementia Special Care Unit
Heritage Manor features a unit specially designed to accommodate residents with dementia, such as Alzheimer's disease. The staff is specially trained in dementia care and offers watchful, compassionate attention through a resident wander prevention system. A structured calendar of activities is specific to patient needs.
Meals and Personal Services
Services include three delicious, nutritional meals a day, plus snacks. We offer a fine-dining program, as well as an assisted-dining program. Specialized diets are individualized to meet patients' special needs.
Our menus include a wide variety of healthy food choices. Guest-tray service is available.
Housekeeping and linen service is included, as well as routine maintenance to ensure that all residential areas, as well as common areas, are clean, neat, and attractive.
