Christian Health Team Members Laura Koblitz and Adam Meister Honored for Excellence

WYCKOFF, NJ – LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware recently announced the recipients of its 2024 Awards Program, and Christian Health's Laura Koblitz and Adam Meister are among 15 winners recognized in the aging services sector for making a difference in the lives of older adults and their local communities.

Laura, Resident Director, Siena Village of Wayne & Summer Hill of Wayne, received an Excellence in Community Service Award. This category recognizes achievements that contribute to neighboring communities by providing outstanding services, programs, and opportunities for engagement.

“The Siena Village and Summer Hill residents are my biggest motivators for going above and beyond,” Laura said. “Knowing that my efforts benefit the lives of the over 450 residents in our communities makes it all worthwhile.”

Adam, Contract Processor – Transportation Supervisor, Materials Management, received an Excellence in Professional Advancement Award. This category celebrates those who have assumed progressive leadership responsibilities and have worked to build a shared vision, develop robust relationships, and enhance organizational capacity.

“You treat people with the respect and dignity with which you want to be treated,” Adam said. “Be the hardest worker in the room.”

Awards were presented February 7. LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware, an association of primarily not-for-profit senior-care organizations, is dedicated to advancing quality aging services.
